- (4) Beef Patties
- Salt and Pepper
- (4) Hamburger Buns
- American Cheese (Optional)
- (4) Lettuce Leaves
- (4) Tomato Slices
- (4) Eggs
- Condiments and Toppings of Your Choice
Directions
1. Season and Cook the Patties:
- Season each beef patty generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt.
2. Season and Sear:
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
